Changes Coming To REALTOR.ca
A new version of the National Real Estate Web Site, REALTOR.ca, will be released on November 29th that will introduce some exciting changes with new tools that will allow you to customize your view and allow you to find what you are looking for faster and easier.
You will be able to collapse the criteria panel or the thumbnail panel to allow to have a larger image of the map. A new map search tool (in beta format) will allow you to draw free form shapes on the map with your mouse to more accurately define the location for your home search. You will be able to map a specific neighbourhood or region to find properties that are located within the defined area ..... something you can already do on our web site.

Hi Kathy,
We can't wait, realtor.ca is so bad as is, that it is almost a joke, hopefully they have actually tested it properly this time.
Peter and Linda - Unless someone is moving across the country a local site is usually better anyway as it's focus is generally the area you want to look for your new home in.
Kathy, I love your new profile photo... Very timely!
It sounds like this will be a new and improved version of the website, and I know you'll probably like it a lot better.
Hi Kathy...improvement are always welcome in all we do. I do find consumers want to look for homes on Realor.ca rather than have us email new listings....are we giving away to much?
Margaret Thanks - at first glance it looks nice but not ao sure about the new search function you have to zoom in so close it's almost not necessary.
Fred - Some do and some don't we get our share of traffic to the listings section of our web sites.
